Unit 22 is one of the best in the resort as it gives you not only ocean views but winter sun for a geat part of the day. This means it is fully booked for the most of winter as well as the other seasons, as the resort becomes a kiwi complex for the winter months. The underground car park provides excedllent security for the car or boat.
